Service Description

For on-court: competitive, intense training that incorporates intensive skill work, high volume of shooting, conditioning, constraints-led drills, and small-sided games. For in the weight room: vertical leap, athletic performance, and strength & conditioning sessions that are coupled with planning and guidance for future training. Workouts range from 60-90 minutes, and entire sessions will be filmed, and usually with audio feedback so you can always go back to review all the points addressed. Within 48 hours, you will get the entire workout back in the form of an unlisted YouTube link (only those with it can watch), with an even deeper written evaluation and game plan included in the description. These workouts are intense and packed with information. Only for those who are serious about transformation. You will leave these sessions empowered to take control of your game and your dreams.
